I keep coming back because the staff helped with my suitcases on my first visit. This place suits me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, Flat-screen TV, and No smoking on site. Can't wait to return for Christmas!

The house is beautiful and very well looked after. There is heaps of space - especially for a London house. The location is quite good, with key attractions nearby and easy access to transportation.
The front of the house looks messy, with weeds all over and a broken window. The back also appears neglected, with weeds overgrown and fences in need of repair.

There needs to be a key lock safe set up for a smoother check, in process. It would have been more convenient if the information about check, in had been given earlier, reducing unnecessary stress and waiting.
